Great Sleep Week Online Yoga & Relaxation Classes

Are you struggling with poor sleep, low energy and zero motivation? You’re not alone! So many women juggle buy schedules, leaving little time to rest and recharge. That’s why I’ve created Great Sleep Week - a special week of Yoga & relaxation, designed to help you wake up refreshed and fall asleep with ease.

Morning Yoga Classes

A good night’s sleep starts as soon as you wake up, so start your morning with a gentle flow to boost your circulation, help you shake off any grogginess and get motivated for the day ahead.

Evening Yoga Classes

The evening Yoga classes will help you to soften the edges of the day, switch off and ready for a great night’s sleep.

Monday 3rd March 8.15pm Night Time Wind Down (45 mins)

Tuesday 4th March 7.30pm Gentle Bedtime Yoga (60 mins)

Thursday 6th March 6.45pm Restorative Yoga for Deep Sleep (45 mins)

Online Bedtime Sound Bath

Relax and ease yourself into sleep with the help of the soothing sounds of the gong.

Monday 3rd March 9pm (60 minutes)

Please note, bookings for the Sound Bath will close 24 hours before the event.

Bedtime Stories Yoga Nidra

Soothe your nervous system with a relaxing Yoga Nidra, to help you fall asleep faster and feel more refreshed when you wake up in the morning.

Wednesday 5th March 7.30pm Bedtime Stories (30 mins)

Aroma Yin Yoga

Calming Yin Yoga meets the soothing power of aromatherapy, to help ease a restless mind, restore a tired body and prepare you for deep sleep. Scent can encourage mindfulness and relaxation, which adds another layer to your Yoga practice and even more benefits!

Sunday 9th March 7pm (75 mins)

Please note, you will be contacted for your address, so that the aromatherapy products can be sent to you. Bookings will close on Wednesday 5th March, to ensure the post gets there in time. If you miss the deadline you can collect from B76.

Drop in or buy the Yoga Pass

Sessions can be booked individually (prices vary) or you can buy the Great Sleep Week Pass which is just £20 - saving you a whopping £44 on the individual class prices! All the sessions (excluding the Sound Bath) will be recorded, so you can watch them at a time that suits your schedule.
