    Welcome to the Cocoon Retreat.

    Tucked away in the heart of the countryside, this is your winter weekend of warm drinks, nourishing movement, belly laughs, gentle soul work and deep rest, all wrapped up in a soft and supportive circle of like-minded women.

  • This isn't just a Retreat weekend. This is a deep exhale. A full body stretch. A long rest.

    You’ll be lovingly guided through:

    - 6 deeply restorative Yoga classes (including Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra), to slow down your nervous system and soften your edges

    - A soul-nourishing Life Coaching session, to help you connect and reflect on what really matters to you

    - A magical Sound bath to help you drop into stillness and reset from the inside out

    - Cosy craft time, because making with your hands is medicine for a busy mind!

    - Wintery walks (weather permitting) to ground, recharge and help you feel alive

    -And of course, seasonal, comforting food from the lovely Kirsten. Think steaming bowls of nourishing food, hearty flavours and a sprinkle of winter joy.

  • Cocoon Yoga Retreat Accommodation

    Our “nest” for this 3 night Retreat, is a beautifully private, HUGE house, with loads of space to snuggle up with a good book.

    All the restful bedrooms are ensuite, have been renovated to a high standard and most of them look out onto the lawned garden.

    There is a huge kitchen and separate dining hall, so we can all sit down and enjoy cosy meals together.

    The house also has it’s own heated, indoor swimming pool, if you fancied a dip!

    LAST TWO TWIN ENSUITE ROOMS AVAILABLE!

    There are just two, twin ensuite rooms available now, so grab them before they go!

    Price includes all the Yoga, sound bath and Life Coaching sessions, access to the indoor heated swimming pool, accommodation and delicious food.

    Twin Ensuite Room: £495 per person

    £100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spaces and the remaining balance is due on 22nd August 2025.
