Community is one of Eat. Sleep. Yoga’s 5 Core Values - it’s at the heart of everything we do and we wouldn’t exist without the support of our wonderful community of women behind us. Because here’s the truth, starting your wellness journey alone is like trying to find your way across the ocean without a compass. But don’t worry, because within our community you’ll find the way to live a healthy and happy life, both physically and mentally.
Why “going it alone” just isn’t enough
You’ve set yourself a new wellness goal - maybe it’s finding balance on your mat, or creating some inner peace through Meditation, or nourishing your body with wholesome nutrition. You’re eager, you’re motivated and you’re ready to jump straight in!
